Streaming Networks offers a low cost Remote Video Surveillance (RVS) reference system, for routing video to your choice destination, on your laptop or a PC. Just dial a telephone number to an RVS system from anywhere around the globe through your laptop or a PC and watch live images of your house, office, warehouses, or whatever your like. Store video images onto your laptop or PC’s hard disk for later viewing. Each RVS can support up to four cameras installed within a premises at different locations. The RVS system consists of a Remote Unit (RU) and Video Watch (VW) software package for a laptop or a PC with Windows operating systems. The RU has TM-1300 for video compression and data communication, a jack for telephone connection and multiple CVBS and a digital video connector, to hook up to four cameras. The video scenes are encoded and transmitted over standard telephone lines. Dial in the telephone number of the RU unit from your laptop or PC with VW software on it and start watching video instantaneously.
